Cafe Quench is my go-to spot to work, study, socialize, etc. Amazing food and a great vibe, it's nice and quiet, with just the right amount of liveliness that gives it the sort of vibe you'd see from cafes/pubs in TV shows like Friends or How I met your Mother. I often spend hours here getting my work done, meeting friends, etc.The owner Soltires is nice Greek guy, very friendly, and makes a real effort to get to know his customers. The personalization has kept me coming back. The man has memorized all of my favorites and often knows what I'm looking for before I even open the menu. I came here 3 years back and was a tad non-plussed, and a follow up visit a year ago was mediocre, but when a friend and I popped in here last week for lunch it really hit the mark. Wonderfully cosy and friendly service with excellent cleanliness. We had a mocha/hot chocolate/ chicken burger and burger. Every item was spot on and I will definitely return again soon.
Visited yesterday having passed by in the past, due to prices being higher than cafes nearby. Big mistake a slightly higher price is definitely worth it for food that is fresh, has texture most of all flavour! In addition, we felt safe, tables clean clear of condiments host wore vizor. Looking forward to trying other dishes.
Recently discovered this place with a friend. It is such a wonderful café in the heart of Hove. The food is really delicious. Excellent laid back atmosphere. This is my go to place now for a consistantly tasty lunch. Really good service too. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I ate at this cafe for a late lunch after seeing great reviews online. The man working this afternoon was lovely and attentive. The food was great and the portion sizes were very generous!We had a lovely time and will be back in the future.
Decided to try Cafe Quench on a whim for lunch with a friend and was very impressed. Food was lovely, tasted great, packed with flavour and good size portions to boot! Friendly service who made us feel well looked after. Will definitely be going back.
I discovered this place with friends is small place for dinner but have very wellcoming and warm staff that explained everything and offered the food the way we asked.

Excellent lamb burger and chips. Salmon and cream cheese open sandwich was delicious. Friendly service. Would really recommend.
Iam a regular costumer now and i have to admit anything i tried was amazing.Clean food freshly made and full of flavor.
