I visited this restaurant on 08/30/2022 with high hopes of trying their delicious cake. To my surprise, the restaurant was nearly empty when I arrived. I was instructed to find a table and then return to the counter to place my order, which I found to be a strange setup. I waited in line for 20 minutes while the woman at the counter served two other customers, preparing their drinks and getting their cakes. By the time it was my turn, I had grown impatient with the long wait. It became evident why other restaurants with table service were busy while this one remained empty.
Enjoyed a very good meal here, I had lasagne, my wife had the fish chips special. Order placed at the counter, food served in quick time, the fish was lightly battered, and my wife said it was just right. The lasagne came with chips, there was more than enough to fill a hearty appetite. The surroundings, are clean, and pleasant. Staff were polite and cheerful. Only downside was a small party of four people sat in a window seat, one male, in the party, loved the sound of his own voice, to the point of being a nuisance.
Where the hell did they get the sausage from absolutely rubbish. 6.50 for 2 slices of bacon hard fried egg 2 anemic sausage no taste n beans 1 toast . To be honest worst breakfast I've ever had . Bacon saved it if not would if requested a refund.
Given this cafe is owned by the same company who,owns Cleveleys kitchen across the road, and Bispham kitchen, the Renoir feels much better and the staff are pleasant, unlike the other 2 venues where the staff are void of any customer care skills.

This restaurant in Cleveleys is always our first choice for a family day out. The staff are consistently amazing and friendly. The menu offers a great variety of options, catering to even the pickiest of eaters.
The staff is delightful and the restaurant is extremely clean. I purchased a Black Forest Gateau from this establishment and it was absolutely delicious. I am still thinking about it and would give it 5 stars!
Friendly staff. Scrummy cakes. Plenty of seating. All the meals coming out looked fresh and tasty, only wish I had been able to manage one! Defo saving myself and calling in next time we’re here.
Fish and chips very greasy, a lot of chips with black bits in, bread buttered and upside down on plate. Worst meal we have had for a long time. Presentation of food very poor.

Visited for an afternoon meal ,had lasagne which was superb and cheesecake which was ok but nothing special ,reasonably priced and clean and friendly service ,will return
Rude abrupt staff food was ok .....but scampi and chips was very small lamb was nice though nice cup of tea
