I really do like cafe rouge, but for many different reasons! Its the first place i went on a date with my partner so it has special meaning for me. We had a great time here and i would recommend it as somewhere to take someone new to get to know them. Its not pretentious in anyway and it is cosy, relaxing and romantic. The coffee here is delicious, just the right strength and the aroma smells divine as you walk in. They do a mean breakfast and lunch and dinner is also delicious. Prices are average for this type of place so no surprises!
Nobody makes steak better. If I want a steak, I'm just going to the cafe rouge, nobody makes it better, not even a steak house. it's either their cooking equipment or the seasoning, I'm not sure. the others also cause great, appetizers, main courses and desserts. the service was always excellent and there is always a voucher that you can use either online or tesco clubcard vouchers.
I had the bark bouruignon and it was delicious. the decoration is also very beautiful. 20/9/21 the raw breakfast was a good value for money and delicious. 28/11/21 the fillet mignon was cooked professionally, best steak I had in one.
no longer cafe rouge, but now rouge, menu is a bit raised as the prices have, but eating was nice. jack fruit tagine was excellent. the staff is also very attentive and a very pleasant lunch.

Has dinner the other night The food and service were both great I had the Boef Bougainoian and my husband had the Croque Mushroom.
Rouge Brasserie has left Haywards Heath. Banana Tree pan Asian restaurant will replace it.
