Four of us were on our first ever visit to Fleetwood, came by tram from Blackpool, staying over to see Billy Ocean in concert. We called into the Royal Cafe, for cup of tea, a scone and maybe a waffle! We ended up having a three course Sunday lunch, wine, and buying freshly made scones! The starter of vegetable soup was delicious, and the Roast beef dinner, followed by a very tasty and comforting rice pudding, all homemade, very good value for money too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, despite all the tables looking full already. Just had the scones today with jam and clotted cream and they were lovely. If you are looking for a nice day out then Fleetwood is very good. The Café Royal, 21-23 Bold Street, Fleetwood is great for a main meal or tea and scones. Paula and Samantha were very friendly and professional. It is cash only so make sure you have some on you, although there is a cash machine about 5 minutes away. The scones are fantastic. The roast pork and roast beef were delicious. I travelled from Blackpool on the heritage tram which was nice. I decided not to go back on it as the timings were too short. The modern trams are available. If you want to burn off a few calories afterwards then take a nice walk along the front. Thank you to all concerned.
Our family have been going to this little family -run- gem for over 30yrs, when my parents were alive. We come over from Morecambe as often as we can. The quality never varies, always excellent VGVM. If I said the tender roast beef was the best in the North West, I would be doing them a dis-service. It is wonderful, you do not need a knife it is so tender, and always a very generous portion. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the place is immaculate spotlessly clean. Very highly reccommended. Mrs Katy Brook
A down to earth cafe with a decent menu. We decided to have the 3 course meal which was plentiful and tasty. There was a choice between fruit juice or soup and we both had the roast beef. For desert I had an apple and blueberry pie with ice cream and my partner had a sherry trifle. All this quality food was under £30 which represents very good value for money. In case you haven’t eaten here before you can only pay with cash!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and I had the best meal in the surrounding Fleetwood area. I can't wait to go back. The parking was right outside Cafe Royal, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. For lunch, the price per person was around £20-£30. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5, and there was plenty of free parking available in the parking lot.
Tasty food at very reasonable prices served by lovely people in pleasant surroundings. The coffee and scones in particular were outstanding. Just wished we lived nearer!
Its absolutely beautiful the soup is delightful chips are wonderful customer service is amazing I go every Saturday and Friday i love.I recommend it
Great home made food,friendly service and very affordable prices. Would definitely recommend. I had the steak pie and rice pudding.

This a very good spot it is cross the tram stop on fleetwood ferry. Very good sevice got nice friendly
