Gets good reviews and recommended by our hotel. So sort of expecting a decent eating experience. We went along with what our server told us was there best dishes rather than what we initially fancied. That turned out to be a mistake. We shared mussels to start with. They were ok at best but not plump yummy things more scrawny examples, served with a thin tasteless sauce. To round it off the bread that accompanied was palpy, mass produced nonsense. The mains of a seafood stew was slightly better and quite tasty but the sauce was a little acidic and the “stew” was more of a soup with not much substance. We were looking for a great French style bistro and we found it. I had the duck confit and my wife had the seafood stew and they were both excellent. Make sure to share the Tarte Tatin. It was one of the best we’ve ever had! Our server, Jennifer, was wonderful and completed a perfect dinner.
Great meal had the the all you can eat mussels on Wednesday for $35 which was great. They serve the mussels with several different sauces. Very good. The service was excellent. Sat outside nice atmosphere. Would go back!
Superb French restaurant with a Quebecois touch. Service was excellent. Seafood dishes were outstanding. Bilingual wait staff. In summer, reservations are a must.
