we chose this little neighboring bistro near our hotel in the marais. the staff was friendly and friendly. that was extraordinary. I had escargots and skallops. the scallops were the tenderest and sweetest I ever had. my wife had mushroom soup and. flan both steak tasty. the presentation was new and pleasant our potatoes were served in a copper pan with carmelized wobbles. the wine that a rose from corsica was delicious.
