I visited the Riverdale location and was quite disappointed. They served us cold chicken samples, wilted lettuce, and poor-quality fruit on my salad. I redeemed my points for a free dessert, but they gave me the tiniest piece of cake I've ever seen. Overall, the experience was frustrating. The staff seemed disengaged and didn’t make any effort to address the issues.
I ordered door dash and my order was completely wrong, missing items, and soup was spilled everywhere because the lid was not properly sealed. I am very very disappointed, it appears as though staff went out of their way to get my order wrong, or absolutely none of them know how to read. Judging by the quality of my food, either are logical options.
Got the Ultimate grilled cheese. Nothing about this was Ultimate. The sandwich was tiny, my 10 yr olds hands are bigger, $10 for a tiny sandwich is a joke. The girl that helped me seemed annoyed that i went right to the register to get my order. Horrible experience, will not be returning.
Always a great choice. Love their grilled cheese and chicken pesto sandwiches. Tomato soup and mushroom bisque are favorites. Prefer to skip the roll as it used to be a baguette and it was better than the current rolls they serve. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Walked in with 45 mins to spare. Dude who had his hair pulled back asked if I had an online order and I stated no. He then shouted rudely, then we’re closed. Update the times if you’re closed at 9:15 with the door wide open lmao
Cafe Zupas never disappoints. The food is fresh and delicious. It is often busy because it is so good but worth the wait if there is a line.
