I just need to give credit where credit is due. I tried to place an order online but was using a CC from my employer who is from another country, and it was just not being accepted. I called the restaurant and spoke with Amber, a delightful, unbotheredperson. She was so kind and patient when I had to call her back with a different CC, she even held my order. Amber even broughtthe order out to my car when I went to pick it up at a very busy lunch hour. I recommend their food not just for the great tasteand quality but because the customer service I experienced was top-notch! Thank you Amber for being great at your job.
It's been a couple years since I've been to a Zupas but I just stopped in for dinner and wow I've been missing out. This location raises the bar as I was greeted by all the friendly staff the moment I walked in the doors and was assisted all the waythrough ordering my sandwiches, getting to sample soups and even advice on dessert. They were so helpful and quick not tomention the food was phenomenal I forgot how delicious the soups here are! I will definitely be back soon thanks for theawesome dining experience Zupas!! -Cole
Absolutely delicious. The setup of ordering reminds me of Subway, very straightforward. And I love that there are pictures of all of the food items on their menu, so there 's no guesswork involved. I got the Choose 2 Combo , so it was a decent amount offood at a very reasonable price. Absolutely no complains about this place. I will be adding it to my list of go-to restaurants.
Food was very good. Staff were amazing. The person working the cash register could see I had my hands full with an infant carrier and a toddler so they carried my food tray to our table and helped get a high chair. Excellent service! Highlyrecommend!
