I placed an online order and went to pick it up. There are two side to the small counter, both well marked with multiple signs reading “order” and the one end and “pick up” at the other. The pickup side has multiple signs and also the signs for Grubhub and online order stuff. I showed up a little early then the latest pickup time and was waiting in the pick up area. The counter is small so I know the girl saw me, but it seemed like she was actively avoiding looking at me. I waited about ten minutes assuming she must know there’s nothing ready or something, and maybe that’s why she didn’t ask me my name for the order. But after I realized there was an order on the back counter I finally went...
This place is very nice when it comes to variety, however the freshness is something that is horrible. The cakes are very dry and old like they just leave it there until its purchased. The fresh food made to order is MUST! I come here alot, always get a spicy chicken bowl, and an ice coffee. Every time i come the cashiers are very nice and helpful when it comes to ordering and giving recommendations. Overall, my experience is always nice. JUST DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THE BAKERY NOT FRESH!!!!!!!!
The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because they have variety and offer vegan snacks but the customer service is bad even when it’s empty. The quesadilla falls apart and is squished into a plastic container. The sandwiches don’t even tell you it has bacon but it does, and the picture below shows the type of bacon it is. Zero crispy meat, all fat it was truly disgusting and it’s too expensive. Coffee tastes like it was made at 6 am
Good night, the first time I order and taste your sweets and the last, since you have to observe the quality of their desserts, I ordered 4 of which were all old, the cheesecake had a smell of old and super hard cheese, the dry tiramsu , I spent 42 of which I lost since I can't eat that, I find it an abuse that they don't check their sweets before selling them

came first time here and ordered a pepp mocha latte and a panini. the mocha was too hot to drink, the panini was cold after they apparently warmed it up. the chai latte was very sweet and exaggerated the milk. was excited to come here, but the last time I would come
I ordered in Uber eats and they send me an açaí bowl without the fruits, they don’t call you or say anything about the things that they don’t have and I wait more then 1 hour for an açaí bowl.
It's renovations have reduced it's space by a large degree and made it less esthetically pleasing. It still provides very tasty snacks and there are still seats for hanging out.
the oreo hot chocolate sounds good in theory, but in practice, against the floor are all strange texture protectors. it was delicious / interest for 3/4 of the cup, although
