This was our first visit to this restaurant and we were a little afraid to try a new restaurant on New Year 's Eve but we were pleasantly surprised by this new gem! My husband started with the shrimp cocktail which were huge and delicious. I had the salad which was very good. The filet and the duck entrees were recommended by our waiter and perfectly cooked and flavorful. The food tasted 'clean '. As flavorful as it was we didn 't feel like anything was soaked in butter/oil or over salted or unhealthy in any way which is unique to find in restaurants these days. We love that this is a BYOB! Our waiter was very attentive and refilled our wine glasses which was a nice touch! My only complaint...
A great addition to the growing food scene in Flemington, NJ and the increasingly vibrant Stangl Road area of town. Wonderful meal, beginning with an outstanding selection of cheeses for starters. Excellent soup and a perfectly prepared Wagyu beef filet with peppercorn demi glace. The other entree in our party was a surf and turf with the Wagyu beef and lobster tail, equally wonderful. It's an excellent menu and it's apparent that the kitchen is in the hands of a well trained Chef. Service was friendly and attentive. Meal was well paced and we were made to feel very welcome. Our first visit but we will be regulars here; we wish we had come sooner. Highly recommended.
Cheese and charcuterie were good but the wait staff were unable to tell us what we were eating. Most of it was obvious but it would help if the menu had better descriptions and the cheeses were identified in some way. The salad was unremarkable and tasted as if it had been stored in the refrigerator for some time. We shared the triple chocolate cake and that was awesome. We sat in the upstairs lounge and listened to Vin croon old jazz and Sinatra tunes. All in all a very enjoyable evening. We would definitely return.
What a delight it was to see Jean, again. I dined for a couple of years at the place she ran in Pennington almost weekly. When I booked on OpenTable, I didn’t notice her name until actually looking more closely at the info and menu that morning. I am familiar with several of the recipes she developed and think that Flemington finally has a BYOB restaurant (or any kind, actually) of such a high quality. It’s worth the ½ hour drive to visit often; if I lived closer, I would certainly be a regular.

The restaurant features an open dining area, and while it can get noisy when crowded on weekend nights, I didn't find it to be an issue. There was a singer/guitarist performing in the upstairs area, who was quite talented; however, I believe that space isn't optimally utilized for dining. The service was exceptionally attentive, and the food exceeded my expectations.
Had a wonderful experience, came to hear Vince Martin and was delighted with the food and the ambience and of course the show. The food was fabulous and the entertainment top notch! I was told that the upstairs had just opened and it is terrific. I wish you much success as my friends and I had much fun!
What a cool new place in Flemington. Had a great meal and felt very comfortable there. Diverse menu with something for everyone. Small plates to full size entrees. Good value for quality and amount of food received. Definitely will go back and highly recommended.
Cheese meat platter split among 3 and there was plenty for all. The waygu beef is a must. Tender, rare and extremely tasty. Triple chocolate gelato for desert...exquisite. Prices seemed high, but ended up a great value, and after eating there it's worth it!

Pricey for the amount and quality of food offered. The wait staff is new and was not able to answer questions about the menu. Hopefully, they will consider changing the menu to offer more entree options under $30 besides charcuterie and cheese boards.
Found this through open table and decided to try it for lunch. Great service and great variety of food. Unique teas that they will steep and pour over ice at your table. Delicious pizza and panini. Try this !!!!
