I ordered catering, and the cakes were really good overall. However, I wasn't a fan of the lemon cake because it seemed like they used lemon pudding between the layers, and it didn’t taste like lemon cake mix—it tasted more like vanilla. Since I placed my order last minute, I'm not sure if this was a special request just for me or if it’s how they prepare all lemon cakes. If it's the latter, I wouldn’t choose lemon again. I had so many desserts at my sister's party—it was overwhelming! I loved the icing; it was very light and whipped. I didn't try the cookie bars because I'm more of a cake person. I collaborated with Rosa on a large order of cupcakes around ten days before my daughter's school dance. She was incredibly easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly. I sent her pictures of the frosting styles we wanted (two different types to fit the Fire and Ice theme), and her cupcakes turned out perfectly matched. She personally delivered the cupcakes and even stayed to speak with me directly, even though her job was done and I was running late. Rosa is a true professional who creates beautiful and delicious cupcakes. I highly recommend her bakery and will certainly reach out to her for assistance again in the future!
I contacted Cakeshine about two weeks before my child's first birthday party in a bit of a hurry. Rosa was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. She created stunning cupcakes and a smash cake that perfectly matched our party theme. Communication was seamless; I shared my Pinterest inspiration board and some photos, and she brought my vision to life. Everyone loved the cupcakes, which came in a variety of flavors! Her prices are very fair, and she even delivered them to our home, which really alleviated the stress of picking up the order. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to collaborate with her again!

Don't order chocolate covered strawberries from this place- the chocolate is 100% fake. They are terrible. I ordered from Shari's Berries and they were delivered by Cakeshine. Their cakes sound better than these strawberries were- they shouldn't even call these chocolate covered- it's some fake stuff with paraffin or who even know what. Terrible. Shari's Berries needs to find another supplier.
Alswell catered my wedding. She was to supply a chocolate fountain and have several servers but did not. She had 2 servers for over 75 guests. I contacted her several times to get a refund of items not provided in my contract but never received a response. I do not recommend and Cakes and Catering.
Rosa made us a gorgeous and delicious cake for our wedding. It was a great value, and our guests were still talking about how unique and wonderful the cake was days later.
