we hiked in the center of beaune, but the best restaurants were either booked or seemed like tourist traps. we drove to this place and did not regret it. pommard is very sweet and the restaurant is not surrounded by other restaurants or hotspots, so it is a very quiet opposite. the foccacia salad and the pizzas were delicious and affordable. they will definitely be full! fantastic quality for cheap. only a small point is that there was a rock in the salat, about which I informed the waitress. she didn't offer an apology. Apart from that, it is worth visiting.
A nice place for lunch or dinner, especially if you're staying in or near Pommard and do not wish to drive any great distance. Pizza and pasta offerings are good and there are appetizers from which to choose including antipasto. The staff is energetic and...the owner welcoming and gregarious. It's obvious he takes great pride in what he's doing and that extends to the wait staff. There are items available for purchase including dry pastas. Burgers are also on the menu and the portions are quite generous.
We are staying in Pommard and on our first night wanted some great French cuisine. Alas, either booked or closed. Only thing opened was a pizza joint and we were hungry. Wow, I am not overstating when I say best pizza ever. Small place, friendly...staff, understated sauce with oven baked crust to perfection. Next time in the area, we’re going here.
Arrived in Pommard midweek about Only cafe restaurants open. The main restaurants were all closed. Including the Chateau. This little beauty doesn't look much, but the food and service was superb. The owner speaks French, Italian, English and Spanish. The pizza was by...far the best ever including dining in Italy!!!

Calabria, is an italian restaurant, with excellent cuisine, surely from Calabria, the sud of Italy; very good antipasti, and sauces, a large choice of pates, risotto, pizzas; the service was great, and also the atmosphere; very good wine from the region; a restaurant to recommend.
Friendly family run place with great pizza and meals. Order the pasta amatriciana which is about the best I've ever had. I forgot my hat there one night and one of the daughters chased me for a block and a half to return it. A...lovely feel to this place and I recommend it highly.
fancied pizzas tonight, no room in the gas house outside, all the tables were booked and mostly for two seats. but they found us a table in the inner, with a good view of the chef who has torn the diligent. the pizzas were very good. a specific recommendation.
The owners were so gracious. Really good pizza and great salad options. Crowded and bustling locals filled the place. We wanted this type of setting. Pommard is fortunate to have Calabria. We would go again when if we visit Pommard again...hopefully.

the service was great, but when I had ordered my food, it was cold and it was as if the cook did not interest. I am disappointed by a star “I will never come back”
a week in pommard. had some chic meals, but that was the only place we went twice. very beautiful family and great pizza. would definitely return.
