After reading positive online reviews and learning that they offer vegan options, I decided to meet some family members at this restaurant on Saturday. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent - the staff were all cheerful, and the cafe had a lively atmosphere with live acoustic music playing. The food was good, and the coffee was delicious! The vegan options were clearly pointed out when I asked, and there were a few to choose from. Linda mentioned that they would even make something special for me if I had a specific request. As we were leaving, Linda mentioned adding more vegan options to the menu. I would definitely return to this restaurant. They also had toys for kids, outdo...
I went here with my friend just over a month ago..There is so much food to choose from..I had a a chicken and salad sandwich and coffee and my friend has a toasted sandwich ...The food was delicious and the coffees perfect...The lady that served us was such a lovely friendly person and we chatted about things we did in our past..It was like chatting to a dear old friend..The man was equally friendly...We sat outside and next minute this cute little boy brought out our food...I was feeling a bit sad that morning and the friendliness from the staff cheered me up no end...This place is a hidden gem..I don't live in the area but i will definitely be going back ...AAA+++
I can tell straight away that this place is popular with locals. On my second visit within three weeks apart, I have greeted the same family I met during my first breakfast there. Friendly and efficient customer service. Food is delivered fresh and trully delicious. I have always preferred yoghurt over ice cream on french toast and the chef here have nailed it to creamy goodness of breakfast bliss when paired with a nutty aroma from a cup of a black coffee. Up John Park is nearby (4-5 mins walk) and I can see some parents waiting with light meal while waiting for their school children to finish the sport.
This cafe is on the process of being transformed. The cups decoration on the outside will soon be gone and some of the inside colours will change. It has a relaxed feel and will only get better. A reasonable variety for morning tea. Would be good to have a couple more small slices. The pear and raspberry bread was tasty. Coffee and prices were good. Parking just outside and owner is keen to please and friendly. They also have the papers. We will be back.

Great place for a meal. An extensive menu - and everything looks fresh and enticing. I had a coffee and a slice of mango & coconut bread - which was sensational. The service is friendly and quick and the prices are reasonable. Nice people, doing great things. Well worth a visit.
Friendly staff. Chips were super crispy and not soggy (love it). Burger was nice (gluten free option available). Snitzel was a bit dry, a bit of sauce to go with it will make it better. Overall a good place to grab some food. Parking infront of shop and close by.
I decided to try out the new owners of Caleidoscope Cafe, formerly known as Cup and Spoon. The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the meal was delicious. I will definitely be returning, especially for the amazing sweet potato chips!
We had mothers day high tea here. Staff are very friendly, the cafe is very clean and beautifully decorated and food was really nice. Didn't expect such a nice cafe in some corner in Rydalmere. We'll be going back!

I live local and had a good coffee... haven't eaten there .. had a look at the menu behind the counter .. really hard to read as it's so busy .....
What a selection of lunch dishes and popular too. And the freshly pressed juice combinations are excellent. And all served by very friendly people.
