We had a great lunch today. My husband enjoyed the prime rib, myself and toe toddlers shared the Calhoun trio, the pork and tenders were great, best honey mustard we've had, the ribs were dry and definitely not fall off the bone. The barbque bajed beans were great as well. The bread was fabulous and the atmosphere was pleasant. Service was average, nothing stellar, nothing lacking. We will go back.
Great Food but stay away from the Microbrew. The food is awesome! I would eat anything on the menu again. The beer from Smoky Mntn Brewery is a poor choice. There are so many good beers out there, and this microbrewery does not have the recipe for them. Luckily, I also enjoy Iced Tea with my BBQ so I'm good there.
The best of the Calhoun's locations great specials (half price pizzas on Tuesdays and half priced apps on Thursdays). The ribs aren't the best in town, but they have many other great options on their menu.
I've been pleased with the food and service at this location every time. Whether we were at a table or the bar, the service has been friendly and attentive. Food is always great.
