Tldr: do not eat here. Stopped by for lunch and am sorry that I did. There was a 25 minute wait time before being seated at a table with crumbs on top of it. Had to specifically request them to clean the table. Drinks arrived 15 minutes later. The sangria is basically flavored water. In fact, I was on my way out the door and cancelling the entire order right when they brought out the water. Food arrived seconds later which was unfortunate. The pizza was severely lacking in flavor, no seasoning to speak of or sauce. This was disappointing because it was one of their specialities. No idea why they have such a high rating here when there's a much better pizza place in the same plaza especially...
The food was decent—not exceptional, but certainly not bad. However, the service was rather disappointing. Our server didn’t check in on us at all, forgot to bring a requested item, and failed to refill our water. I eventually had to stop eating because I couldn’t enjoy my meal without water and couldn't get her attention for a refill. Although she seemed to hear us, the water never arrived. Due to our time constraints, I left half my meal uneaten and had to track her down to ask for the bill. When I pointed out that we hadn't been attended to and that my request for water had been ignored, she just shrugged and said she was busy. We ordered Shirley Temples, our go-to drink, but they didn't taste anything like a Shirley Temple at all. For my meal, I opted for the crispy fish tacos, and I was quite disappointed. The fish was not cooked well, and the portion I received for $18 was far from satisfying. Although I was hesitant to raise the issue at first, I felt it was important to bring it to someone’s attention. I sincerely hope the management addresses this with the cook, as I didn’t feel I received good value for my money.
On a positive note, the restaurant took the tacos off my bill, which demonstrates excellent customer service. Thank you for that!
CPK is great, but note that this is not a reservation for the table. The team was very nice and helped us get seated, but had no idea that we had a reservation or that they should have put our names on a list to wait. They don't have access to a computer at the front, so hadn't seen anything before we came.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time, and our server, Hannah, was the absolute best! She was so patient when my daughter (4 years old) called her for her pasta plate because of snow cheese. Everything was delicious, fast and served with a smile. Thank you for a wonderful end of our Girl 's Day!
Everything was better than expected: amazing food (the California Club Pizza was the perrrfect brunch! , great drinks, super fast service, clean, cozy, friendly, super. We're coming back with friends!
Our waiter Alex was FINE!!!! Of course, the food was also wonderful! One of my favorites. But Alex is definitely worth checking!
