Stopped in for lunch on a rainy Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. We ordered a large Cesar salad and large Zachary'sspecial and it was perfect for 4 adults. The salad had a beautiful tangy dressing with generous slices of parmesean and large,homemade bread croutons. The pizza was amazing! Best deep dish pizza in the bay with wonderful flavor, gooey cheese and aperfect blend of sausage, peppers and mushrooms even the one who doesn't care for mushrooms loved the pizza!

Famous Chicago pizza restaurant for over at least 40 years. Enjoy their signature thick crust pizza with a lot of cheese and tomato paste for years. I had my first calzone at their rock ridge store long time ago. Don’t know whether they still serve it or not. Thin crust is also very good. The half baked pizza with spinach and mushroom or pepperoni and mushroom are both good too. All you have to do is to follow the instructions printed on the box and then you can enjoy a fresh hot pizza at home. Like the idea.

First time I've been to Zachary's Chicago Pizza. Awesome atmosphere and superb customer service. We got the Zachary's Special and and it was extremely tasty. There are a lot more things I wanna try on their menu so I will be back. Highly recommended!
Full disclosure, Zachary's is my favorite pizza, bar none. That's why I go there. And that's why I give it 5 stars. I'd give it more stars if the interface allowed it. The people there are great too! For me it's just the ultimate pizza experience.
Always an Oakland staple for me. The college Ava is still a little better, however Grans is convenient. Friendly staff. Ordered online and picked up easy. LOVE the Caesar salad. Best Caesar dressing still.
