Delivery.Blown out delivery time. Menulog tells you its only a short wait. We ordered at 6:50 pm ish got delivered at 9:45 pm, but we were told at the time of ordering it would be delivered aroumd 8:15-8:30 pm. (Note for shop management, if you are that busy why dont you turn off the Menulog phone thingy, instead of just ignoring the quoted times and cooking the food when you feel like it). If you cant deliver at the time of ordering, or can see times blowing out, let the client know. Thats good/simple business ethics.Food.Less than sub-par. Was it disgusting, no it was close, was it disappointing, yes it was. Chips were dry, potato cakes were pumped out of a machine at a rate of 100 per min...
Tonight was the final straw.The pizza is usually nice, hence why we gave them another chance. But after the wrong pizzas arrived,(I do understand mistakes happen) I called to let them know there was a mistake and was left on hold for 10 minutes whilst I listened to them have a domestic in the background. I had to hang up and call back just to speak to somebody again. It’s now been 2 hours since we first ordered and were still waiting.Still waiting on the apology aswell.Oh and they want their soggy pizzas back My first google review, you guys earned it.
been a loyal customer for many years now, tonight was the final straw. I'm okay with the longer that expected wait times, which is usually the case with this place. But when the pizza arrives cold and customer service can barely even offer an apology, I think it will be my final order. First google review, don't normally do this... had to be said, this place is suffering under new management...
The delivery was 45 minutes late, even though we preordered through Menulog for a specific delivery time. When we spoke to the restaurant, they informed us that they were busy and that we were in the queue, mentioning that the time we chose to order was particularly busy. They suggested it was our fault. I've dined here a few times, and the pasta is always fresh and delicious. When I call, the staff is friendly and always accommodates my requests for changes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
ordered eating online through menulog and bleeding after the delivery time, followed and found eating never come and I could not be refunded.
Placed order through Menulog then rang after expected delivery time to be told they can’t deliver to my area
