Authentic French patisserie! I came in the middle of the week and it was bustling(always a good sign). I love the outdoor seating options with plenty of shade from the umbrellas. Each table has mason jars of flesh picked flowers. The selection of sandwiches and pastries were heavenly. When choosing a sandwich, you get the option of making it a half size or full size. Half sizes can be made on a croissant or focaccia , and a full being on a baguette. I also ordered a guava and OJ juice which was exciting because I rarely see that combination available. I have visited twice now and, if in the area I would return. The layout is small and usually busy so finding a spot to sit can be hard. The staff is very pleasant and want to make sure you are satisfied. I had an iced chai and almond croissant my first visit. Both were sweet and delicious. My second visit I had a meat and cheese croissant. Unfortunately it was cold and bland. I ordered two almond croissant and two plain croissants to take home. Now, I’ve been making croissants for 20 years, it is a practice and although presentation is important (10/10, their croissants look perfect! the taste is the most important to me. This is a lovely place with a huge variety of sweets and pastries . They have all kinds of refreshments too. I love their lattes, the large one comes with three shots of espresso which is exactly how i like it. Ambience is great inside and outside. On a lovely day it’s quite nice to take a seat outside. It was quite busy on a Saturday morning. but not too crowded. Great people, employees and visitors. Service was nice and fast. There was a nice ukrainian lady working that day. Nice to see variety of cultures. Will be coming back
3-star for the friendly staff and great service. Food-wise would be 2-star: croissant was doughy and dessert items tasted like days old. A rather interesting finding: The very next day after my visit, I saw identical desserts in another bakery. Out of curiosity, I asked whether those were made on premise. The staff there told me they got those from a wholesale bakery and the name was not Cannelle , which makes me wonder if the same wholesaler also supports this business.

I bought ham and cheese croissants this morning at 7:40am and they were not fresh. You could obviously tell they were from yesterday. So disappointed! Even my kids told me that when I brought the croissants home. Believe me I know what the croissants taste like when they are not fresh. And the cold and hardened cheese inside them too.

The outdoor tables with umbrellas evoke the experience of enjoying coffee and pastries in Paris. While a bit pricey, the quality makes it worth it.
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. Some of the desserts were outstanding, like the chocolate mousse, while others weren't as impressive. The fig tart (shown in the picture) looked fantastic, but it lacked flavor. Additionally, the staff at the counter were not very friendly.
This is our favorite bakery and coffee shop in the area. We started visiting almost every week for a cup of coffee and a pastry. This place is the best around, and we highly recommend it!
