Proud North Shore Guy Here. Was working in Middleboro today so I figured I would hit up Cape Cod Cafe to try out yet another South Shore Bar Pizza Place. Great pizza. Sauce is great, cheese is great. And to top it off it was $6 for a cheese pizza. An Every Tuesday special apparently. And Coleen gave amazing service and had a nice positive friendly attitude. Will definitely be back.
Distinct South Shore bar style pizza, with a perfectly textured crust. Good with or without toppings. Requesting burnt edges on the pizza adds a char flavor to the crust, but does not change the consistency of the rest of the pie. The Cod is worth trying if you've ever enjoyed bar pizza. Have had take out several times and was always pleased. Went tonight to eat in on a Monday night and waited 30 mins before getting a table. When finally seated, no waitress ever showed up for over 15 mins. They prioritize the bar and neglect the tables. Won’t go back again. Service: Dine in

Used to be good before they started cooking frozen pizzas. Somehow I can make their frozen pizza from the grocery store in my oven at home better than they can make it in the restaurant. Middle is cold and raw, disgusting weird chewiness. Food: 2
