We went to celebrate the birthday of my friends daughter, he made reservations one week prior to make sure she had what she wanted. We arrived at 5:10pm a little late because of traffic and work but the place was closed !!!. There were several people 6 cars waiting to go some before some with us. We were a group around 14 and we got the 3rd package, 75 per person. I have to say 75 per person is definitely not worth it, I think is crazy they charge 75 for the value/quality of this package. We got guac and chips as one of our appetizers and I thought I was eating rubber. That only means the chips were old old old. We got totones as one of ours side and they were hard as a rock and very dark, oil probably was dirty. As mentioned on the menu you only get 4 entrees and they give you enough to feed the whole table but don’t expect anything more. On the positive note the empanadas where really good and the drinks where strong.
I explained that I was off duty and was carrying a personal protection firearm, which is legal in all fifty states. The security guard insisted that I leave my firearm in the car. I respectfully declined and chose not to enter the establishment with my legally owned firearm. I was told I could come back, but I firmly refused. There was no way I was going to eat in a place where I had to be pat-frisked just to have dinner with my wife.
I was taken aback that an establishment requiring a pat-frisk would have an anti-law enforcement stance. I prefer to dine in places where I feel safe and respected.
Where do I even begin? The service was terrible, and the prices were outrageously high. We had a party of 15, but only 4 entrée-sized dishes were served. By the end of the meal, our bill totaled $800. The service was lacking, with absolutely no attention given to us. This place really knows how to take advantage of you.

We went there to celebrate one of our friends birthday. Bad choice?? food was cold, the yuca was like a robber, very salty, the avocado was black.We have to make a complaint to the manager because is unfair to us. We just want to have nice dinner and have fun celebrating our friend. Do not recommend ????8/26/23
Nelly, our server was amazing! Came in with a party of 11 for my birthday and the staff was very accommodating and friendly ! Food was very good and well season. Will be returning again
This is a fantastic spot for any occasion, such as birthdays or anniversaries. The atmosphere is lovely, and the DJs are always great. The food is delicious and surprisingly affordable.
Ive been to capicu plenty of times. Celebrated birthdays, engagements a bridal shower here the service, staff atmosphere was out of this world. Best place to have fun night out!!!
