As for the service, the ordering process was a bit frustrating because I was put on hold several times. However, if they were busy, it’s likely a good sign. I did appreciate that I wasn't required to prepay for my order, which was meant for pickup. My food was ready and piping hot at the estimated pickup time. Regarding the food, the pizza dough was somewhat chewy and a bit doughy, but the cheese distribution, topping allocation, and overall consistency were quite good. We also ordered some appetizers that appeared to be made from scratch, which I always prefer. Last night we met with good friends for fun and great food at this little hidden gem in Bloomingdale. The owner Dawn knows her kitchen, recipes and how to take care of her customers. It is family owned and run. Her daughter Daniella and granddaughter helped our server Marina bring us a feast!! We also ate in her new dining area that was so nice. Here's what we had and we LOVED it all! The service and food are exceptional. There are only a few tables since it primarily operates as a takeout pizza place. Dining in feels nostalgic, reminiscent of restaurants that serve delicious food in generous portions, complete with small tables and an open kitchen. If you plan to eat inside, be sure to make a reservation. The menu is extensive and features reasonably priced options.

Delicious food and so friendly atmosphere , everyone there was so warm and friendly the whole wall is filled with AlCapone and his associate"s pictures. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone for sure

The pizza I ordered had a fantastic flavor with plenty of sauce and just the right amount of cheese. The crust was perfect—not too thin. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
