The owner/general manager was operating the drive-thru with a young teenager and drive-thru was moving so slow I know just the 12 minutes that I sat in the Drive-Thru before it became my turn to order, at least five cars drove away. I ordered $50 worth of food got the order stopped to check it missing our grilled shrimp, drive-thru still wrapped around the building had to go inside to get the grill shrimp and the condiments that I asked for that I did not receive there was several people inside waiting to get their food and/order, finally got to eat the food and it was just warm, cheese sticks were not hot.the cheese had already melted out some and it was solid not gooey cheesy, the rest was...
that was the worst driving experience I ever had! we sat on the drive waiting for the workers to take the order for the car before us for 15 minutes, then moved up to place our order and were told to keep. we sat in the drive thru on the pick-up window 30 minutes waiting to get our food and drinks. while sitting on the window, it seemed a hired in a shower cap with what seemed to pjs with a small child running behind the counter, in the lobby and threw the door into the kitchen. while we sat there, we saw this person's bag eating and then went out and went out. the one worker lefy nevet has sat us at the window for the amount of time to let us know what took so long, she went before the stor...
I've always been a fan of captain ds, but this one is an exception. I've never had bad captain ds until I visited this oneExtremely slow. The cups of cocktail sauce were frozen and had crumbs on them. Everything on my plate was tiny. They forgot the hush puppies and when I told them they insisted that they weren't included even though it says right on the menu that they are. At least the fish tasted good
some of the hottest broken fish that I had long ago by captain ds. never was a fan of the side, but the fish is phenominal at this place in lagrange. wait was long for 8 o'clock, but this is typical of cds that gives hot food.

Fish was good. Green beans bad. Went thru drive-thru and planned to picnic but after driving to destination found had no silverware. Returned to restaurant to get utensils and no apology offered for the inconvenience.
Hope you aren’t looking for “fast food” or even service for that matter. Set in the drive thru for 15 minutes at the speaker. Told to hold on twice. Finally drove off. Foods good when you can get it.
I ordered the grilled lemon pepper blackened fish with mac and cheese bread stick and coleslaw. Every thing was delicious ,I mean Everything. The staff did a great job!!
they offer really terrible customer service. eating is not fresh and spicy fish is not properly cooked. will not return.

dining room locked and closed, only with the drive. space is a landmark broken and missing. clean or close!
Well worth the little wait. Food was good. Shrimp just perfect. Very Clean and Staff Friendly
