stopped there yesterday and the manager opened the lobby so I could get my food I could get a truck, the food was really good, the staff was great and I did not give five stars very often, but this was earned thanks to the manager

Drive thru busy, so I entered a clean building and was welcomed with promptly polite service. Seafood plate, yes. Gumbo to go! I forgot my phone so happy with food, darn. Retrieved it the next morning, great experience intact!!!
They left out of my order my shrimp and crab cakes gave me 3 boxes of fries. Called their it remained busy. I’m so unsatisfied with the service in Birmingham. I spent $38 and got fries and fish.

Wow, what can I say? Captain D's food has really gone down, The taste was greasy, and the service is slow.
Really they okay but make sure you count your change before driving off cause they shorted me 6.00
