My son and I drove through the drive thru.I found out my sandwich didn’t have lettuce.I called and the manager said they were out of lettuce because the lettuce they got on the truck was brown.She sounded irritated from the beginning and sent me directly to her GM.The GM had the same bad attitude and explained the truck situation.I told her I’d bring it back.She said it would have to be within 24 hrs and with a receipt.I said I had to get the receipt.She then said only the person whose names on the card (form of payment)could bring it back for a refund.I stated that’s understandable but if they could tell us they’re out of lettuce beforehand that would save us a lot of time.The phone hung up...
