We placed a fish and chips order over the phone and went to pick up and they forgot a part of the order. We ordered a new sovalaki and wanted no garlic sauce and asked for it on the side as we wanted to share one. They wanted and extra $1 after we had paid for all the meals. It’s not about the money the problem was they got our order wrong we re-ordered and they wanted to pay extra for there mistake. Not ever going back.
Ordered Grilled blue grenadier and was served to me all mashed up, I think he was to busy on the phone to take care of cooking, also had scallops and they were given to me burnt and had no scallop in them, not sure why they are still in business… They have lost me as a customer.
Had grilled flake, potato cakes and chips tonight. They were absolutely disgusting like old leather and tasted like they had been redone a couple of times. In the past it has delivered good food. Not sure if it has changed hands. Would not recommend and we will not return.
Great Fish n Chips and lots of other choices too numerous to mention. If you have a Gluten Intolerance or you are a Coeliac. Captain Gummy's is the place to get Gluten Free. Always Fresh and Crispy plenty of parking close to Coles, Kmart, Chemists ATM etc.
