I visited the restaurant and ordered chicken tenders, potato salad, and hush puppies. When my order arrived, there was no potato salad and I also didn't receive a fork. I waited an extra 15 minutes for the person who took my order to come back to the window so I could request the potato salad I had paid for. He introduced himself as the general manager and told me that they do not serve potato salad, as he is responsible for ordering, and that I had actually ordered coleslaw. The food was decent, rating it a 7/10. I placed an order at 11 AM for a 2:30 pick-up for my wife’s baby shower, as they told me it would be ready by then. However, when I arrived at 2:30, the food still hadn’t even been cooked. I ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes, making me late for my own baby shower. It’s frustrating, especially since I had tipped the girl at the counter in good faith.
I specifically asked for no lemon pepper, but the server added it anyway. When I requested a refund, he became upset and asked me to wait ten more minutes. I insisted on receiving a refund and told him I would wait for it.
The jumbo shrimp, labeled as "medium," weren't worth the $17 price tag for just one pound. I also had to request cocktail sauce, napkins, and a fork. Unfortunately, the shrimp had a sour taste.

The food was outstanding—hot and delicious! I got 4 wings, fries, and 2 large pieces of catfish for $15.99, and it was worth every penny.
I recommend going to the Gratiot and 7 Mile location. This one doesn’t seem to understand that fried chicken shouldn’t be soft-cooked.
Crackheads in the parking lot begging other than that, the food was pretty good, and customer service was decent.
It was great to share their grand opening with the owner and the employees
