We had a good first visit at Capuano’s restaurant in Flemington. The location has a nice seating area and is a BYOB. The service was fantastic and fast. The fresh oven bread with oil was excellent and the salads were very good, large and fresh. We ordered the chicken francaise and the chicken parm. The francaise had a pretty good lemony sauce but the chicken was a bit too tough. The chicken parm was a bit better, had plenty of sauce and I like that they served the linguine with sauce on a side dish. Overall pretty good.
Stopped in for a quick lunch after skating at the Ice Arena. I have driven by this place a hundred times but never stopped in. The service was attentive and the place was busy for a lunch time. I had a chicken ceasar wrap and was pleased that the chicken was actually grilled and had that nice char flavor. Bread was also amazing that they brought to the table. Interior room could benefit from some noise reduction in the ceiling but the food was really good ?
I got a few slices of pizza here. A plain slice and one pepperoni and sausage. They both tasted pretty good. That being said, the crust was too thin and couldn't support the toppings. The slices were floppy and hard to eat. The pepperoni was extremely greasy too. A huge amount of oil was left on the plate. So overall, pretty sub-par. Nice returant inside.
Capuano’s is one of my favorite Italian restaurants for meals. Food is always delicious!Ordered 2 paninis, costing total $25. They tasted very good but super disappointed on the size for the price. I get things are more costly these days, but come on!!!I recommend skipping the sandwiches and stick to their meals.

A hidden gem in Flemington! Enjoy exquisite Italian cuisine at affordable prices. The decor is beautiful, the atmosphere is inviting, and the service is exceptional, all while offering fantastic value!
The food at this restaurant is outstanding, particularly the penne vodka. They do an excellent job with catered events as well. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is really friendly.
It is a good place either way good food. We had two excellent pasta dishes and tartufo. Really good food. The staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is ok.
Everything is delicious at Capuano’s but my favorite is the Chicken Fico (chicken with figs). Service is great, too!
