As an Uzbek who grew up eating Uzbek cuisine, I'm extremely picky when it comes to our food. This is the only Uzbek food in California that I actually love. It's full of flavor and the bread they use for their lavash and doner is always fresh. My husband and I and my brother and sister-in-law drive 2 hours all the way from San Mateo just for this food. I really wish they would come to SF so I can get the lavash every week. Overall although the menu is small, it's very authentic uzbek food and reminds me of back home.
The beef shwarma was the best thing I have ever eaten in my life.The burrito wrapping on the swarma was crispy and the inside of the shwarma was juicy so I thought they worked very well together. The flavor of everything together in the wrap was *chefs kiss* perfection. Had umami and savory and sweet and meaty, so delicious with so much flavor without being overwhelming on spices or salt or anything. The veggies inside were still fresh and crispy as well. They can cook, just wow.
The food was not good let me tell y’all the Man’s customer service doesn’t even deserve 1 star sir if you want to own a business specially a food truck learn to have great customer service. Let me tell you sir the customers are the ones who give you business I will be letting everyone I know not to eat here rude rude rude ! I’m super disappointed ????? not even 1 star
I’m leaving a 5 star review because I’ve heard from a lot of people that I must try this place as it is extremely delicious. Unfortunately they don’t work on Sundays and Mondays, so we had to miss it as we were in town just for couple days, but next time we will definitely come back and enjoy their food! This really surprised me in a good way!Great taste, had shawarmas at other places but this one is different, nice salad inside and sauce.Really loved it !
Very good quality Uzbek food. Things I like: pilaf, haggy, shawrma, and somsa. Better to call ahead, there's usually a line of about 10-15 minutes.
I put 5 star on food, because food is amazing, please keep doing. 2star for service. guys taken only cash and Zelle which means cash too.
