Caribou Coffee - Tisch reservieren

I woke up at 3:00 to take my son to the airport. I stopped at this caribou on my way home and arrived a few minutes before opening, so I waited in my car. When the woman who works unlocked the door at 5:00 when she opened, I went to order a coffee. The woman who unlocked the door said in a very bad tone, "Can't you wait until we turn on the light? I knew I was there when they opened, but didn't expect such a bad greeting. Fearable attitude, the opposite of good customer service. I went out and took my coffee to the street where I was greeted. How can I help you today?

I have a hot mocha this morning as I often... Mug felt a little light. Turns out his half filled with Mocha other half (or more) is whipped cream. For $5.58 that a joke... good thing contest is over the street.

This is the worst Caribou I've ever been, just on customer service experience. Barista was brash and not welcome.

Coffee was good, as usual. The apple fritter was stale and hard as a rock. Very disappointing.
