"Our manager doesn’t allow us to serve the espresso shot separately," says the barista. This is a standard practice for many latte drinkers. All the other Caribou locations I’ve visited provide this service, but this particular manager has chosen to do things differently. This approach reflects poor customer service for two main reasons: first, a lack of understanding of coffee drinking habits, and second, a refusal to meet customer needs, which ultimately leads to a loss of trust. Unfortunately, you’ve lost me as a customer, and I cannot recommend your establishment to others.
It is so very nice to order ahead, skip the drive thru line, walk in and pick up my beverage without any wait. So nice that I did it twice that day, both before and after my appointment. Love the wide selection of drinks, hot and cold, for whatever feels right today. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, making it perfect for a quick break in the midst of a work day.
This is by far my favorite Caribou Coffee location. Michaela and her team are fantastic! I've lived in the neighborhood for the last four years, and my wife and I were almost daily regulars. The service is excellent, and the quality of the products is top-notch.

I've been visiting this location more frequently over the past few months, and I've had a great experience. The staff is excellent and very friendly, providing quick service every time. I really appreciate the new non-dairy and vegan food and drink options!
