At Caribou Coffee, the barista explained that the manager has instructed staff not to serve espresso shots separately. Many latte enthusiasts consider this option a standard part of the menu. While I've experienced this service at other Caribou locations, this manager’s choice to change the practice shows a misunderstanding of customer preferences and a reluctance to accommodate. Unfortunately, this has diminished my trust and led me to decide against returning. As a result, I cannot recommend Caribou Coffee to others.
I absolutely love being able to place my order ahead of time, bypass the drive-thru line, and just walk in to grab my drink without any wait. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I did it twice in one day, both before and after my appointment. There’s a fantastic variety of hot and cold beverages to choose from, catering to whatever I’m in the mood for. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, making it an ideal spot for a quick break during my workday.

This is undoubtedly my favorite Caribou Coffee location. Michaela and her team are wonderful! I've been a resident of the neighborhood for the past four years, and my wife and I used to visit almost every day. The service is outstanding, and the quality of the products is exceptional.
Overall, Caribou Coffee is a fantastic establishment with outstanding customer service and excellent quality. However, I've noticed that some drinks are often not filled to the top. For instance, my cold crafted press has come about three-quarters full twice.
I've been coming to this location more often lately, and my experiences have been wonderful. The staff is outstanding and always friendly, offering quick service every time. I especially love the new non-dairy and vegan food and drink options!
