Desired a very good, special restaurant for a celebration for my daughter, a new 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army starting her career at Ft. Lee. Don 't judge a book by its cover , she said to me as we arrived. She was right, the interior is painted with beautiful murals, with stone work taking you to an Italian countryside ristorante. The staff was very nice, smiles all around, conversations at the bar and tables with locals. Bread was light as a pastry, salads biuth house and caesar were fresh and generous. We hadn't visited this place since moving in 2017, but today we stopped for dinner and drinks on our way from Indianapolis, IN to Virginia Beach. The Italian Margaritas, Bruschetta, Lasagna, and Baked Ziti were all fantastic—it made the 600-mile journey worthwhile, haha! If you're in the area, this charming Italian restaurant is definitely worth a stop. The service was exceptional, and the staff were wonderful!
We haven't been here since we moved in 2017. Today on the way to Virginia Beach from Indianapolis, IN we stopped for dinner and adult drinks. Italian Margaritas, Bruschetta, Lasagna and baked Ziti all ingenious it was the 600 miles LOL. This small Italian restaurant is worth stopping when you? in the area. The service was excellent, like all employees.
Stopped in for dinner with a girlfriend I had spaghetti with meat sauce, she got lasagna. Both dishes were served quickly, our orders were correct, the food was hot fresh, very good! Carini is great for meals with family and friends, celebrating special events, or just catching up. We both took home pizzas for our family the pizza was so good!

They have been serving authentic Italian food in the East End for over 40 years. Amazing pizza and the baked “Spaghetti Joe” are standout dishes. The lasagna and chicken Parmesan are not to be missed. Family owned and operated- and they are legit!

Very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere that I visited and the Hilton recommended this place for pizza, I wasn't especially fond of pizza, but my best friend owns a pizzeria so that I am a hard sale on pizza.
Always consistently delish!! The ONLY place my kiddo will eat pizza from! Maria and the girls are always welcoming, and the place is always spotless!!! Love the game room too
