I’m giving Carl’s Jr. one star, not because of the excellent service, but due to poor management. I visit often in the mornings before work, and the place is always fully staffed. However, evenings are a different story—understaffed and overwhelmed workers make it embarrassing to watch. Today at lunch, I saw the shift leader, Ethan, running nonstop to keep orders moving. Despite his team discussing quitting, he kept them focused. Unfortunately, while working at the fryer, he burned his wrist badly enough to scream out in pain, wrapped it up quickly, and kept going. My husband and I came through last night, the shift leader (Evan I think) was so friendly and cheerful. He took our order and met us at the window. Even though the place was busy and he was the only one I saw up front he was in such a good mood and hewas so polite. And even though it was busy we had our food quickly. He knows what he is doing and we could hear him directingthe cooks on what was being ordered and guided them through one of our burgers that had some special requests. My husband and I dined at Carl's Jr. last night, and we were impressed by the shift leader, Evan. He was exceptionally friendly and upbeat, taking our order and serving us with a smile. Despite the restaurant being busy and him being the only staff member at the front, he handled everything efficiently and stayed polite throughout. Our food arrived quickly, even during the rush. I really love the burgers at Carl's Jr. They never fail to impress. This is definitely one of the top fast food burger chains. I’m a big fan of Carl's Jr., and a big shoutout to Carl Senior for passing down the skills to create such great burgers!

Prompt service, steaming hot food, and a courteous team. The food surpasses that of Burger King and McDonald's, though it doesn't quite reach the level of Burger Lounge. The staff is always friendly, and they're open late.
They always ask you to pull out front to wait for your order. Yet there is NEVER any open spaces, not sure if the employees park there as I didn't see any one sitting in the lounge
I tried to dine in, but no one opened the door. We waited outside, and there were no posted hours of operation.
Great food. If something’s off, they always fix it. Friendly staff.
