I enjoy this location, but today I was met with an automated voice at the drive-thru. I can't stand these automated systems and will not support a business that relies on them. It feels disrespectful and dehumanizing. As long as they continue to use an automated voice, I will take my business elsewhere.
Employee there clearly did not want to take our order late at night even though they were still open. They tried lying saying they only accepted cash at that time and when we said we had cash and tried to order food, they lied about being out of fried zucchini and the milkshake machine being broken .
Its February 2, 2024 4:30 pm. I was standing in the counter ready to make an order. The lady is just watching and never bothered to ask somebody to help me. The manager saw me and took my order but he doesn't know how to greet customers. Very unfriendly staff.
I ordered a guacamole burger with no lettuce tomatoes or bacon it had all 3 then when I pulled it out of the bag it was so poorly wrapped that it fell into my lap the employe working drive thru was very rude and does not pay attention to orders. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This place has been going down hill over the years. Today I ordered a burger that was worth $10.01. It looked nothing like the picture and was very light in terms of what was advertised. I'm never going back.
I had a vegan burger, which was good, but Burger King offers much better flavor for a little extra cost.
The only place where the food doesn't hurt my stomach, and the employees are very friendly.
