Worst Carl's junior worst management and worst service by rude managers especially the older man with the mustash. One of the rudest managers I've ever experienced. Over time, the service here is very poor. It has been a gradual downgrade, to the point me and my Roomate got food poisoning here. Its very obvious their workforce is stretched thin, and short due to mismanagement. As when this incient took place, therewas no manager avalible convinently The final straw was them refusing to correct an order that I was overcharged for. Went through the drive-thru and the women working the window was very very friendly and thoughtful. She verified with me multiple times what my order was... and had a friendly and inviting disposition. I don't live in the area, and was just grabbinga meal, before we head back home in the morning... I really enjoy visiting Carl's, especially when I have coupons! They accept expired vouchers as long as they are from the same month. My favorite is the chicken club sandwich on honey wheat bread, which comes with bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. It's a delicious and healthy option!
