The staff have no idea of the 3 courses for £14.40 deal and have to show them on the app but was quickly sorted. Did have to pay a £2 surcharge for minute steak which was not mentioned in the The Fork festival x Carluccio's special menu so minor bump. Great value overall
The staff were very welcoming. The service was friendly attentive. We ate from the set menu were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions quality of the food. It was great value for money a lovely way to combine eating with shopping in The Mall. Will def go again.
Expecting better to be honest, not bad the food, but prices are high when you look into the quality of it. Don't think is a proper Italian if they don't offer an more variated italian delis.

Good food service was appalling! 2.5 hours to eat a meal! Table next to us walked out before even ordering as they waited 25minutes and still no sign of anyone!
even if we were booked and arrived on time, we had to wait until the stall could be clarified and cleaned. the seats at our table were in a very bad condition
