My fiancee goes online at 7:30p to arrange call ahead seating for 8:15p. Arrived at 8:10p and was told it would be about a 20min wait. So about 30mins later we're finally taken to our table to be seated but, we can't actually sit down because the tablestill needs to be wiped down. So we wait a moment and she returns to wipe it and then leaves but, we still can't sit becausethere's a noodle in one of the seats that we have to remove before we sit. About 10 or 12mins later we finally get to meet ourwaiter and place our order. So about 15-ish minutes later a table of 6 is seated near us. This is important because even thoughthey were at least 15mins behind us and we were a party of two and they...
Ordered the Chicken Marsala Family Bundle on line, and it was ready to be picked up 25 min. later. Timing was great. When we arrived it was hot and ready for us. Service was fast and friendly. There was plenty for 5 adults, 6 pieces of chicken, plenty of broccoli, Caesar salad for everyone, bread and oil w/seasonings . We chose the broccoli as a side and made our own pasta at home. Thanks Carrabba's staff for a good dine-out experience!
I celebrated my nomination at this lovely venue tonight and I'm happy to share that we had a wonderful evening. The ambiance played a significant role in making our gathering so enjoyable. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and the food was exceptional. My friends were thrilled with the experience. We will definitely return for more events in the future. Thank you!
Food was good. Pickup didn't work out for me. Employees didn't seem to know what was going on. I was told it must not be ready because if it was ready, it would have been in a bag by the door. I called in 2 Family Bundles an hour a half earlier, to be picked up at 7pm. Dinners weren't ready until 7:15. I had to come in twice to check on order. I wanted to take tip back.

Our server was nice and on point she took really good care of us. Food hubby ordered rib-eye they smothered it in mushrooms we couldn't see the meat. I had shrimp parmesan and they left the shells on. Imagine my surprise when I bit into one. Won't be going back because of that.
Don?t be fooled by the family bundle. Says feed 4-5 but really only feeds two. The salmon is cut in half to count as one. Then if you order an additional meal expect for your order to be missing something. Curbside is the only amazing thing about this restaurant.
We were quite pleased with the customer service and attention we received from our server, Talisha. Our food was hot and correct. We had a great dining experience.
