During my years in Maryland, I experienced my first visit to Rips for a private work event. The crab dip was truly indulgent and delightful. The warm pita bread was irresistibly good. I was so impressed with my appetizer that I chose the salmon salad for my main course, which was generous and full of flavor. I particularly enjoyed the fried green tomatoes and avocado in the dish. Our server was quick and friendly, and the mixologist crafted fantastic drinks as well! I can't wait to return for more.
Rips is a staple liquor store in Bowie,MD. It functions in multiple ways. I did a beverage tasting there and the customers are friendly and happy. After my gig, i ordered an Italian veggie sandwich with cole slaw, i want another one right now. It was delicious. Their staff is friendly and likeable. They normally have tastings Friday and Saturday inside the store in different sections. I will return. Food: 5

Surprisingly, the deli is the highlight of this place. I've been quietly visiting this spot for a while now. The Italian sub is the star; it comes with pepperoncini and anchovies. The Latin/Hispanic ladies still assist me with my Spanish, so the service is excellent. We enjoyed sitting outside on their nice, laid-back benches while enjoying our meal and debating whether it's called a sub or a hoagie.
