This place was disgusting. First of all, the manager (who referred to himself as the proprietor is clearly only working here as a last-ditch effort to save his career. He had the appearance of a man who was both trying too hard, and morally and physically defeated. The entirety of the staff were clearly untrained, very dirty, and had no idea of how to handle food. Our waitress enjoyed jabbing her finger a good 3-4 inches directly into the center of our plates with her excessively long ungloved fingernails (yum! . Great dining experience! Went for a friend's birthday and it was a really good choice. Top notch service, excellent food, and a real nice atmosphere. They start off with a plate of herbs that they add oil to at the table and provide bread to dip it in that's very good. I had eggplant parmesan with a ceasar salad and thought it was a great meal. Since we shared some food, I found the parmesan fries and the fettuccine to be real top notch. The tiramisu is easily among the best I've ever had! It was the desert of choice. The cannoli filling is also very good.
We love Carrabba's. We will be so happy to dine in and partake in wine night in the future. For now we do pick up. Some of our go-to's include Chicken Bryan, prickly pear margarita, all the appetizers and all the desserts. The service is always spot on and we feel we are a part of the family. They have been so dependable and so great during the pandemic, and I would expect nothing less from this team. Great job, keep going!
Server was nice enough--Rigatoni Martino pasta was served with a small enough amount of sauce to require having it sent back for addition because it was dry. Salad wasn't fresh, brown edged greens are not appetizing. Shrimp appetizer had good garlic taste, so a No-Fail there. Honestly, just don't waste your money--find a good a Mom Pops restaurant where they actually care about serving great food

They have implemented a new serving style that makes it so much faster to get in and out, no long waiting lines either on Mother's Day at prime time. We were seated in about 10 minutes from arrival. Our food came out quickly using this new serving system and was hot and delicious. We loved our dining experience so much!! We so definitely be back. Our waiter was so nice and friendly too!
Food was good and service was good. Kitchen made a minor mistake that was no big deal. My big complaint is that I asked to have my salad made with spinach instead of lettuce and the manager said they won't made that substitution. What a dopey thing to say! I have made this exact substitution many times and now they claim that have a policy against it.
The restaurant was very clean we got greeted at the door the food was great customer service was good but one of my girlfriends had water dumped on her and what was so bad she? Was. My handicapped girlfriend they did gave her free food, but it was just that she had to sit in wet clothes.
Claudia was one of the best servers I've ever had. Nothing but wonderful! She is so sweet and attentive. If you come here, please ask for her. You won't be disappointed! Thank you so much for making it a wonderful, above and beyond experience for us!

Claudia is hands down the friendliest, most attentive waitress I have ever had. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us frequently. If you are in the Sterling Heights area I’d highly recommend requesting her.
