This restaurant has truly elevated its service! Bartenders Emily and Ellen were incredibly attentive and caring. My meal was hot and fresh, and Emily did an excellent job explaining the dish as I ventured out of my comfort zone to try something new. The hospitality from manager Ce Cethe was also fantastic! This location is very dirty and unwelcoming. There were assorted items like plants and stuffed animals strewn around the waiting area to deter people from waiting for a table inside. We went to our car to await a text to tell us our table was ready. There were very few people in the restaurant. Once seated, we realized the table and seats were dirty. Hate being “that customer”. Husband tried to wipe the table with the black napkin and it was filthy. We informed the person who took our drink order, and she sent a guy to wipe the table down. He barely touched it. Carrabba’s is a family favorite with lots of great dishes to choose from and seasonal additions as well. I love their Chicken Marsala. Their fresh bread and mozzarella appetizer are also family favorites. The kids like their children’s menu too. I do recommend dining in for the best experience. We’ve been doing more delivery since Covid and there’s been quite a few issues with the delivery. We’ve had missing items a number of times. When we ordered our meal a few days ago, they forgot the kids drinks that were included with their meals. Two words: canned mushrooms. They rendered the pasta, which was already quite bland, nearly inedible. My husband's ravioli was mediocre, and the woman behind me actually sent her lasagna back and received a refund, which says a lot about the food quality. I expected much more from a $43 meal. I can only give one star for the bread and our lovely waitress.

The food was not even edible. The pasta was so overcooked it was just a pile of mush. The chicken was so hard and dry that it could not even be cut with a knife. My dog would not even eat the chicken.... Save your money because I just dumped $50 down the garbage disposal.
Finding vegan and vegetarian options at restaurants can often be a challenge, but this place really delivered a fantastic experience. The staff was outstanding, and Ellen, the bartender, went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our meal.
The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful, despite being from a fast-casual restaurant. The containers were nice, and the portion sizes were generous, coming with delicious warm bread and a side salad. I was pleasantly surprised!
