This location is very dirty and unwelcoming. There were assorted items like plants and stuffed animals strewn around the waiting area to deter people from waiting for a table inside. We went to our car to await a text to tell us our table was ready. There were very few people in the restaurant. Once seated, we realized the table and seats were dirty. Hate being “that customer”. Husband tried to wipe the table with the black napkin and it was filthy. We informed the person who took our drink order, and she sent a guy to wipe the table down. He barely touched it. Carrabba’s is a family favorite with lots of great dishes to choose from and seasonal additions as well. I love their Chicken Marsala. Their fresh bread and mozzarella appetizer are also family favorites. The kids like their children’s menu too. I do recommend dining in for the best experience. We’ve been doing more delivery since Covid and there’s been quite a few issues with the delivery. We’ve had missing items a number of times. When we ordered our meal a few days ago, they forgot the kids drinks that were included with their meals. They send out a survey after ordering and I’ve responded with the issues and directly contacted them in the past but received no contact in return. It is why...
this place has really set her game up! bar delicate emily and ellen were very attentive and worrying. my eating was hot and fresh. emily explained the dish very well, and I tried to step outside my comfort zone and try something new. also ce ce was the manager hospitable wonderful! they all have regularly checked to make sure we take care of them. very attentive and nice. and for the chief in this night a lot of love in the court. it is a different definition. nick, mario and julio the team of chefs made the dream work! family, care environment where everyone understands and works together! about everything? food, service and atmosphere a.? a photo, after I've already thrown in on my teller!
Our meal was so disappointing, and we won't be back. We arrived at 4:45. Despite many open tables, we had to wait for a few minutes to be seated. The booth was very snug. They were out of Peroni beer and blue cheese dressing. The food was very liquidy and tasteless. The waitress brought me a fresh cup of sweet tea but it was unsweetened (and by the time she checked back, it was too late). We feel gross and disappointed that we spent all that money on a very lack-luster experience.

5 stars for the food. Everything we ordered was delicious! Our server wasn’t exactly cheerful, but she was efficient and got the job done, so that was fine. The booths are VERY narrow. I am average size and it was an uncomfortable fit. Anyone larger will not be able to breathe in the booths, literally. Unfortunately a huge group took up every single table in the restaurant so we couldn’t move. We made do, but having actual breathing room would have made our visit more enjoyable.
The food was not even edible. The pasta was so overcooked it was just a pile of mush. The chicken was so hard and dry that it could not even be cut with a knife. My dog would not even eat the chicken.... Save your money because I just dumped $50 down the garbage disposal.
it is always a challenge to find vegan vegetarian options in restaurants. this offers a great experience. the personal is impeccable. ellen (bart) has been very well looked after during our culinary experience.
Best DoorDash experience! Ive ordered a lot of food from many different places but Carrabbas was on point. The food was hot and the Calamari was crispy.
