It took 1 hour and 30 min to get the food from the pickup window. I along with several other patrons waited some even longer than I did. After waiting so long I decided to go to the actual store location where the person was supposed to be attending to the online pickup orders only to find angry patrons and as I looked around found my food just sitting there for God knows how low. This was horrible to say the least. They claim that they had staff that walked out but even like that then they should have stopped taking mobile orders as the dinning area was super packed as well. I think this was an example of poor management of the situation and would not order again.
The chicken parmigiana and pasta had way too Much garlic. The pasta portion was also very small, like 1/4 of the container it came in. My husband was very disappointed. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was delicious and the bread with the oil and spices, yum!! I will try again just not the chicken parmigiana. The menu should definitely say heavy garlic. I love garlic and it was even too heavy for my taste.
We were really pleased with our server and the amazing personnel here. Particularly the new fall menu items, the cuisine was exquisite. The pork chops with fontina/prosciutto stuffing were amazing. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The lasagna portion was extremely small, more like a kids' meal size. The lobster ravioli was filled very minimally. The portion sizes are not worth the high prices they charge. I was very disappointed with my experience.

1) The order was not prepared in time for the delivery driver. 2) The order was finally delivered after a long wait, but some items were missing. Extremely let down and will not be ordering from Carrabas again.

The food at this restaurant is delicious! The only downside is that the portion sizes are a bit small for the price.
