The food at this restaurant is delicious! When we visited on a Wednesday, we tried the turkey and leek, and peppered steak pies. They came with a generous serving of vegetables and tasty chips. The portions were very filling and definitely worth the price. We will definitely be returning. The food and service both deserve a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is a 4. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.
Great food, hanging skewers were on special which made choice easy. Friendly staff and fast service. All round great time especially after the stress of GCSE results day! Wow! This pub is fantastic. They offer a great selection of delicious food at affordable prices. The service is friendly and the portions are generous. This restaurant and pub are absolutely fantastic! I have been living in Hertfordshire since 2013 and it is my favorite place to go for delicious and honest food. We had a wonderful Sunday lunch at this restaurant, enjoying delicious roast dinners served by the friendly and attentive server, Lauren. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended this place to our friends. A must-try dish is the Lamb Shank.
