The ice cream and shakes at this restaurant are consistently delicious. The staff is always friendly and polite. However, it appears that they are understaffed, as I noticed that the employee working tonight was overwhelmed trying to attend to everyone in line by himself. I felt sorry for him, but he remained composed and professional. The slow service is not his fault, but rather a result of poor management. More staff should be hired, especially during the busy summer months.
I went twice to Carvel today. The first time, was to inquire about the size and the price of the Cake. The young lady that was behind the counter was ever so nice and helpful to me giving me the information I needed. Later in the afternoon I went back to buy an Ice Cream Cake, for a young adult Male who's Birthday is today. The Man behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. I Am A Happy Customer. And I will return soon.
I hardly ever write reviews but today I just had to! Walked into the store today looking for a cake for my sons 21st bday. I noticed they had a few but I needed a slightly bigger one. The owner came over and told me she could make one for me right then and there. My son loved his cake. Thanks for making this such a memorable birthday for him. Cake was perfect!!!
I've ordered from this store many times without any issues. I asked for a cone on the side with the ice cream although it wasn't an option on the menu. I guess it was too much for a large franchise like carvel to cough up a little cone for a loyal customer. oh well. thanks anyway. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The milkshakes at this restaurant are always too watery, with a ratio of about 3/4 milk and the rest ice cream, resulting in a diluted shake that no one wants. The staff is friendly, but that does not make up for consistently getting orders wrong. Please address this issue.
The person working tonight literally called to ask me specific questions of what I wanted. They were sooo sweet, so friendly and so kind. I'm pregnant, and this ice cream was like life or death tonight for me and they made it even better :
I always go to that carvel she has great ice cream .the workers there are really great there. Very friendly and always seeing if need help .The owner there is also very nice and very friendly there. She makes the best cakes

Ice cream was made the way I asked however ,the dasher didn't bring the whole order, my son was the one without ice cream.
