I was contacted by the driver to confirm if everything was delivered with my order, to which I replied yes. However, Carvel later called me back and I spoke with a manager named Daniel who proceeded to ignore me while on the phone. Despite my efforts to address issues with my order, he continuously disregarded me. Even after admitting that all the products were supposed to be included in my order, his team still failed to deliver them. It is disappointing how they handled the situation.
The ice cream was delicious, but unfortunately they were out of stock for part of our order. It would have been helpful if they had offered to replace it with something else or called to suggest a substitute.
The restaurant almost received a perfect score, but some dishes are a bit pricey. The items on the menu are delicious and match their description perfectly. I will definitely be returning soon.
