The receptionist was courteous, but there wasn't much in terms of customer service. My friend and I walked a mile to enjoy Carvel ice cream after seeing their buy one, get one free promotion advertised on their website. Unfortunately, they did not honor this offer. A man named Rycevek, who identified himself as the supervisor, told me to go to the hotel front desk to get a note to validate the BOGO promotion. When I went upstairs, Jennifer, the front desk manager, informed me that she was not aware of what Carvel was talking about.
At 9pm we waited over thirty minutes for ice cream even though there were just a few people in front of us. The guy that works there seems to be on his phone or something and doesn?t seem to know how to use a cash register or put in the right orders. Took over 10 minutes on a single order. Ended up going somewhere else since the line barely moved after 30 minutes.

Finding this restaurant was a bit challenging, as it’s located near the Arcade/Lobby level. However, I must say, the vanilla soft serve was absolutely incredible. I will definitely be coming back!

Update: The restaurant has reopened. They were hoping to find vanilla, but unfortunately, only chocolate was available. The Reese's chocolate sundae was delicious, and the service was friendly.
I had a little difficulty locating this restaurant, but it's situated near the arcade on the lobby level. The vanilla soft serve was truly outstanding! I will certainly come back!

Carvel offers incredible ice cream, and combining it with a Cinnabon from their menu creates an extra delightful treat!

The service was extremely friendly, and I enjoyed some of the best ice cream I've ever had.
The ice cream is decent, but it doesn't resemble the first picture that the shop shared.
