Unhöfliches Personal! Eine Freundin hatte eine Reservierung im Restaurant Casa Bairrada für ca. 20:00 Uhr gemacht, gemeinsam mit anderen Gästen und uns. Sie kamen pünktlich an, aber wir hatten leider ein Problem auf der Autobahn (ein Tier rannte auf die Straße, wir fuhren unglücklicherweise darüber, was unser Auto beschädigte, und mussten auf die Polizei warten, um einen Bericht aufzunehmen, weshalb wir zu spät kamen). Unsere Verwandten informierten das Personal und erklärten die Situation. Daraufhin begann das Personal eine Szene zu machen und sagte unseren Verwandten, die Küche schließe um 21:00 Uhr und nach dieser Zeit sei kein Kommen mehr möglich. Dabei kamen wir von weit weg und hatten...

I went to this restaurant 4 times, the first three times I can say it was top notch, everything was very good, I even recommended it to several people for the fourth time I was truly disappointed with the service and the food, everything was terrible maybe because the boss wasn't there
