La Taberna de Joaquín en un local sorprendente en la población de Fuente Piedra. El restaurante es pequeño pero muy acogedor; tiene un servicio de 5 y la calidad está fuera de toda duda. Carta variada de carnes y pescados. Platos contundentes. En general todo un acierto. Joaquín el propietario y su “equipo” hacen de este lugar algo especial. Recomiendo 100%. Cuenta con una buena terraza, pero es aconsejable reservar con antelación!!
behind joaquín, an exceptional and unique maitre that distributes ingenuity and sympathy in every step it gives, there is a great kitchen in which, without estrence, they perfectly treat the fresh and market product with which they work. we ate clams, chisels, Russian saladilla and a delicious leg of goat in the oven. Of course, this is one of those essential places and to which, yes or yes, we must go on.
Expected this to be really nice local Spanish restaurant, served Sangria with overpowering Whiskey, stale bread and some dry breadsticks. Main course was awful, dry fish and chunks of potato, no veg or sauce. Pork dish tasted like a Chinese takeaway Really sorry to say but I would not recommend. Only consolation is they removed one of the meals from the bill.

not the cheapest in Fuente, but the best (it isnt expensive). Clams and a tomato salad (shared) between two of us, was the simplest, yet best meal I has during my stay in fuente. Though I will also recommend, the pork loin with salt and pepper.

Servicio excelente. Calidad muy buena; Tortillas de Bacalao inigualables. Busanos magníficos. Y el Propietario no deja pasar nada sin su atención. La ensaladilla rusa de 10.
