It does not fail to surprise this magnificent restaurant in a village of interior of the province of malaga. we have attended a level pairing comparable to any high-fridge restaurant. a truffled, fine and delicate potato parmentier. a salmon with rice noodles to the pesto at the perfect point. a wellington wheel with all the appropriate and integrated components. all accompanied with a first house, a sparkling French jp chenet and a classic of one of the most recognized wineries on the banks of the owner, a resalso farm of emilio moro. dessert is the essence of chocolate seasoned with textures. a spectacular and surprising experience. nothing to envy to the renowned restaurants.
Very cozy restaurant, with great cuisine where to try delicious things is not complicated, good products and very good elaboration with great hands, all without leaving behind the good attention of l@s camerer@s always with smile on your face and ready to serve you as best they can.
