Arrived with my husband and kids y.o and THe place was empty so there was no need for reservation. The host had us choose where to sit. Place is modern decor-dark greys, white, reddish light fixtures. Place seems small but looks nice, good bar area and bathroom was updated and clean. Waiter explained that heâs was new, which explained why he was unfamiliar with the fact that their website showed there was a kids menu and only gave us regular menus that had no kids menu. For the kids I specifically ordered plain burgers-hold the bread, with side order fries for the kids. We ordered two drinks-coconut margarita and a red sangria. When we arrived for our reservation there was a party wrapping up however the party lingered for another hour of loud shouters and our waitress was distracted by the other guests than to make sure we were ok. The music was so loud that we could not hold a conversation. The waitress decided to end her time with us to attend another party in the same place a little unprofessional to say the least... lastly when we went to pay our order with our debit card the waitress insisted on taking my husbands drivers license to the back to write down his information we found it odd and refused to provide the card I understand needing to see it but not taking out information not cool later we just paid in...
I feel like I got all the wrong information while booking this place. First off it said city island ended up not being, than they didn't find my RSVP but called me earlier in the day to confirm. They sat us next to a table smoking hookah which had I known that hookah was going to be an option, I would have never booked. The only good thing was the water it keep flowing the food was gross so many different flavor not one complement the other. The burger was raw when we told the waiter she didn't believe us we had to use our phone for a light because it was so dark in there. My friend and I went here for Sunday Brunch, and had such a great time. The food was good, the music was even better and the service was on point! We never had an empty glass during our unlimited sangria brunch, and our waitress was super attentive and extremely nice. The best part was once we were done, we weren't rushed out and were able to stay for a few more drinks. Most restaurants usually push you out, even when they're not busy, which is a huge turn off. Not here! They definitely show their appreciation for their customers, and that goes a long way. I hope to be back soon, and hope to experience the same type of service.

No complaints! Food, drinks, service were all superb. Had previously gone for brunch and wanted to try dinner. Trey (hopefully I spelled it right) our server was very accomadating due to my shellfish allergies. Not busy for a Wednesday night which was surprising. Probably will get busy after this review.
I have been to Casa Restaurant Lounge many times. That should sum it up right there. I love the food, the Sunday brunches, the beverages, the hookah, the party room, the bar, the bartenders, the servers, the customer service and the music. Overall it is a great place.
The lounge was charming, but the noise level was too high for us to enjoy. We only stayed for appetizers and a drink before deciding to find another place to go. If the volume had been lowered to a more comfortable level, we would have happily stayed longer.
My first visit to Casa was wonderful. We enjoyed a delicious brunch and received excellent service. Jose looked after us very well and was very attentive. I will definitely be returning.

The music was too loud, making it difficult to have dinner conversation. Despite this, it was a great experience overall, especially on our third visit.
Great place, great food, drinks and a great place. I would definitely be going back there again.
