El lugar es impresionante, en pleno centro comercial La Hacienda, en la primera planta y con unas vistas maravillosas al mar, se encuentra este restaurante que nos ha sorprendido. Llamé para reservar porque si quieres comer en la terraza que es lo suyo, yo reservaría, aunque tiene comedor dentro también. Nos dieron la mejor mesa. Nos atendió Paco que es el típico camarero curtido, experimentado, profesional y con un arte que no puede con él, un tío estupendo! Nos aconsejó qué comer y acertó de lleno: era el cumpleaños de mi marido y le puso un entrecot al punto que era una delicia de sabor, muy rico y tierno acompañado con una ensalada en juliana...
Este restaurante lleva años siendo de los mejores en islantilla. Lo único que no le hace que no le de el máximo de puntuación es la atención del personal. En general, ya que hemos ido varias veces, les falta tacto con los clientes y profesionalidad. Cómo la comida está bien y suele haber sitio pues eso suma. COMIDA: Garbanzos 7. In 2015 I wrote that the Restaurante Machaquito was the best restaurant at Islantilla. They kept the food quality but the service has become very poor. For a restaurant with this quality, the service needs to match. This was not the case. They should improve to became the restaurante, at least, with the quality of the past.
