As former regular customers, we were very disappointed with our recent experience at this restaurant. The food was unappetizing (we were served brown guacamole) and the staff was loud and unprofessional. The only positive aspect was our waitress who tried to make the best of a bad situation. Overall, the food was not good and the behavior of the staff, including one worker dancing on a table, was unacceptable. We will no longer be recommending this place.
When I arrived to pick up my food, it wasn't ready and they had to go back to get it. Despite only living one mile away, by the time I got home the food was cold and soggy. I don't understand why they didn't have it ready and let it sit in the back. The food tasted old and was the worst I've had in a long time. I will not be returning.
The staff at this restaurant seemed unable to handle serving more than one table at a time. We spent more time waiting for our drinks and silverware than actually eating our meal. The food was consistently good, but the staff definitely needs more training and assistance.

Although they were understaffed, our server was friendly. The food took a long time to come out, but it was served hot. It had been over 15 years since I last dined at Casa Ole, but the food tasted just as I remembered.
For 2 years.99 Margaritas. Always get 2 and a meal to go. Today I ordered my usual, but I was told I had to eat my food here. Really after 2 years I am very angry and disappointed. Guess this is my last Casa-Ole visit?
I have literally been eating at this location over 40 years and the quality has gone down severely....will I stop eating here? No, but I just know not to get my hopes up.
